Hannes has spent the past 33 years dedicated exclusively to the quantity surveying profession, gaining extensive experience across the full spectrum of the discipline. In addition to quantity surveying, he is actively involved in project management and has a particular strength in identifying and implementing creative, practical cost-saving solutions that align with clients’ budget requirements.
His vision and commitment underpin Quantimet’s reputation for service excellence. Combined with decades of knowledge and hands-on expertise, Hannes is able to support clients at every stage of a project — from initial concept and planning through to implementation and successful completion.

Mark joined the Quantimet team in 2004 and has built a long-standing career within the practice, developing extensive experience across a diverse range of projects. He works closely with a broad client base and remains committed to continually enhancing service delivery and achieving positive project outcomes.
Known for his meticulous and systematic approach, Mark is well equipped to manage complex projects with confidence and precision. His strong organisational skills and attention to detail enable him to consistently meet demanding deadlines during project implementation, making him a reliable and valued member of the Quantimet team.
Luzanne Buskes
Candidate Quantity Surveyor
With a background in construction management, project management, and property development, Luzanne brings a practical, detail-driven perspective to the Quantimet team. She combines strong on-site understanding with structured financial oversight, allowing her to add value across multiple stages of the development lifecycle — from feasibility and early budgeting through to implementation and close-out.
Luzanne is focused on delivering accurate cost control and clear financial reporting, ensuring clients remain informed and financially confident throughout each project. Known for her collaborative approach, she works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep projects financially sound while meeting programme and quality expectations, making her a trusted and valued member of the team.

Quantity Surveyor Assistant
Vanessa is a Quantity Surveying Assistant with 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She plays a key role in supporting the team with all administrative and day-to-day duties. Known for her attention to detail and practical approach, Vanessa takes pride in contributing to smooth, well-managed projects and building positive working relationships.
